This downtown Phoenix health clinic specializes in the treatment of chronic pain, mental health, and/or substance use when necessary. All of our programs include an integration of mental health counseling, physical therapy, and medical support to address the whole person in a mind-body approach. Recovia’s team approach includes licensed behavioral health specialist (Psy-D, LCSW, LPC, LAC), physical therapists, and medical practitioners (NP or PA) in every visit. Just as life is a complete mind-body-social experience, your treatment plan should be as well.

Recovia (Midtown) is located on Coranado Rd which is the first left north of 7th St and McDowell Rd. The clinic is located on the south side of the road in the middle between 7th St and 3rd St. We are on the 2nd floor of the Green Davita Dialysis Center and you can enter on the east side of the building where you will enter through the Recovia doors.
